Dianna considers herself a jack of all trades. She’s worked in advertising, public accounting, mechanical engineering, personal trust administration (this paved the way to a 30+ year career in the financial services industry as a senior vice president), and regional manager providing stock transfer services for publicly traded corporations. After a move to Phoenix in 2015, Dianna decided to have a little fun and reinvent herself as a dog sitter and real estate agent. “I was fortunate to find a position with Rachael Richards Realty, which has opened the doors to a new and amazing career. I have worked with some of the largest corporations in the country and handled complex, sensitive, personal transactions for some of their largest shareholders.” Through this, she learned that providing five-star customer service, from the largest clients to the smallest, is critical to the success of an organization. She strives to provide that service to all of our clients.
